    2. No Guarantees of Outcome

    Lasley Solutions provides strategic guidance, tools (including DISC®), and accountability. However, the client is solely responsible for implementing these strategies. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to: specific salary increases, job offers, revenue growth, or government contract awards. Your results depend on your background, market conditions, and your personal effort/execution.

    3. Not Legal or Financial Advice

    While Lasley Solutions draws on 30+ years of HR and business experience, advice regarding hiring, firing, contracts, or compliance is for strategic purposes only.     4. Payment & Refund Policy

    Because this program involves the immediate delivery of intellectual property (Digital Assessments/DISC) and the reservation of limited calendar slots, all sales are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling of sessions is permitted with 24-hour notice, but missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

    Lasley Solutions agrees to keep all client information, business data, and conversation details strictly confidential, adhering to standard professional consulting ethics.
