Our Talent Acquisition services are customized to the unique requirements of each search and the scope of support you need. We offer flexible engagement models designed to align with your hiring goals and budget.

  • Contingent Search: Payment is due only upon successful placement of a candidate, ideal for individual contributor and mid-level leadership roles expecting to be filled in less than 90 days. Placement fee is typically 10%-15% of the hires annual salary.

  • Retained Search & Executive Search: For critical, senior, or highly specialized roles, offering dedicated resources and a committed partnership throughout a longer search process lasting more than 90 days. Payment is made in installments throughout the search, and the placement fee is typically 20%-25% of the hires annual salary.

  • Project-Based Consulting: For specific needs like interview training, employer branding development, or optimizing your internal hiring processes.
