Darron Lasley

Darron brings nearly 20 years of strategic HR leadership, recruiting, and leadership development expertise to Lasley Solutions. He’s partnered with technology, healthcare, financial-services, and high-growth startups and small business to architect talent operations that drive revenue and business growth.

His academic foundation includes a B.A. in Psychology (with a Philosophy minor) from DePauw University and an M.S. in Business Management & Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University, supplemented by SPHR, CPRW, and Professional Life Coach credentials.

Most recently as VP, Head of HR & Talent at AI-SaaS startup Authenticx, Darron scaled the team to 150+ employees and helped the company land at #349 on the Inc. 5000 list. He has contributed to companies reaching valuations and exits up to $100 million.

Originally from Indianapolis and now based in Atlanta with his wife and four children, he balances his business impact with community service. He serves as a Professor of Business at Morris Brown College, where he teaches organizational leadership and talent management, and Treasurer and Board Member of The Legacy Collective Community.
